Your card and billing address are managed on a secure page hosted by Paddle, our payment service provider.
How to update your billing details

Go to Rotation App’s Home tab
Learn where to find Rotation App’s Home tab. -
Open the Subscription dialog
Click the Manage Subscription button in the top-right corner of the Home tab. -
Open the billing page
Click the Update Billing Details button. This opens a secure Paddle-hosted page where you can update your card and billing address.
Changes can take a few minutes to appear in Slack.
To change your billing email, contact us at contact@rotation.app and we’ll update it for you, as it can’t be changed from the billing page.
If your subscription is paid by invoice, the Update Billing Details option won’t appear. Contact us at contact@rotation.app and we’ll make the change for you.
